Answer: Easy peasy! Once your purchase is complete, you'll receive a download link via email. Just click on it, and voila! Also, if you created an account just log in and you will find your purchases for download.

  1. Question: What if I accidentally deleted my download email? Can I get it resent?

Answer: No worries! Just reach out to our us, and we'll send it back to you.

  1. Question: Are the printables customizable? I have a specific theme in mind.

Answer: Most of our printables are not customizable. Check the product description for details. If you need extra tweaks, reach out to us, and we'll work our magic.

  1. Question: How long does it take to receive a response from customer support?

Answer: We will respond to your message within 24 hours on weekdays. If it's the weekend, we might be sipping coffee and recharging, but we'll get back to you on Monday. During holidays, our support will be unavailable. We do not respond to unsolicited or unclear emails.

  1. Question: Do you ship physical products, or is everything digital?

Answer: We're in the digital age! At Angela's Download & Print, we specialize in digital goodies, so no physical products for now. But hey, that means instant access to your fabulous printables without waiting for the mailman!

  1. Question: Can I return or get a refund for the printables if they don't meet my expectations?

Answer: Unfortunately, since our products are digital downloads, we don't offer returns or refunds. We're committed to making sure you love your purchase, so if you encounter any issues, reach out to us, and we'll do our best to find a solution that makes you smile!
